1. Decide which forms you need and the quantity that is best for you (we recommend a nine month supply). Fill out the order form. Order form is provided in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. Follow Adobe link on Home Page to get Acrobat Reader if you need one.
2. Determine which window envelope you need for your cheques. Window envelopes save you time and money, and will guarantee, you get the right cheque to the right employee.
