Anyone who uses cheques to pay bills in Canada will have to replace their current
pre-printed cheques with a new format.
Your current cheque forms have become obsolete on July 1, 2007! There is a transition period when you should get ready to fully comply with the new standards.
These standards are to facilitate the Cheque Imaging Technology that is replacing the return
of cancelled cheques to you with “An Image Statement” showing a copy of the cheques.
For the latest specifications of the new cheque format please visit site of
Canadian Payments Association at www.cdnpay.ca
EasyPay Software is updated to print on the new cheque format.
Viceroy guarantees the compliance of its cheques with the current CPA specifications.
Did you know that Viceroy is going on the offence against cheque fraud by printing all standard computer printed cheques on DocuCheck™ Impede® security paper? See details of how can you protect your cheques from fraud AT NO EXTRA COST.
